Job Shadow Registration is Open for Area High School Students

Workplace Learning Connection job shadow experiences are a great way for high school students to begin planning for their future. These 2-4 hour opportunities with local employers give students a chance to learn more about career pathways.

Students who are just starting their career exploration should consider a Group Job Shadow Experience to learn about a variety of careers within a specific pathway. Students who have already determined a career interest and want to learn more about a specific career may prefer an Individual or Small Group Job Shadow.

Experiences are free and available for students entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school in the Iowa City-Cedar Rapids (ICR) seven-county region. Applications are due by September 24th at 3PM.
